Terms of Minimum Order:
       FOB price will be provided only for any orders meeting with our minimum request. Any orders placing less than
our minimum request will be considered to offer with extra charges case by case.
       For first order on trial, minimum order is based on FCL shipment requested for an amount of 7,000.00 USD (assorted items) with minimum quanity of 50 pieces per each small items and 20 pieces per each large items. For any LCL shipment or less than minimum order request, there will be an extra charges for packing by wooden crate and extra handling charges on each shipment *(See Appendix A.).
      For any regular orders, minimum order is based at an amount of 10,000.00 USD and fitting with a 20ft container at least. In case of less than 20ft container, there will be an extra charge for wooden crate to avoid any breakages caused by consolidated goods from various vendors into container *(See Appendix A for wooden crate charges).
       *** As per our terms and condition above, please be noted that if goods provided with 20 CMB up, 20’container will be booked for loading all goods at our warehouse.

Trem of Payment:
       By T/T, orders should be confirmed with 30% deposit to start our production line and full balance transfer to our account after receiving our notice of updated statement with copy of shipment documents by fax or e-mail. We will not response for any delayed process of releasing the original documents caused by late balance payment.
        By L/C, we would appreciate if each order required with L/C at sight term could be placed with the amount up to 15,000 USD. L/C application form should be approved by us before issuing L/C, otherwise we will not response for any amendment charges.
